The Human Capital Group, Inc. is a boutique high tech executive search firm with special focus on the Communications Industry. We work with prestigious companies ranging from pre-IPO start-ups to Fortune 100s. We have experience placing executives from mid-level managers to CEOs. The Human Capital Group assumes an incentive-based, relationship-driven role with the companies we represent. The proof is in the pudding so we have to deliver results.

Prior to founding The Human Capital Group, David Greenfader was General Manager of a division of a billion dollar executive search firm. For the past 6 years, he has placed executives in high-level positions all over the world in the data networking/IT industries. He is fluent in Spanish and has both lived and worked abroad. Mr. Greenfader holds a Bachelors degree in International Relations with an emphasis in NAFTA from The University of Southern California.

Wendy Pronin:

Prior to founding The Human Capital Group, Wendy Pronin was an Account Executive with a billion dollar executive search firm where she placed key executives in the data networking/IT industries. Ms. Pronin holds a Masters degree in Music Composition from Claremont Graduate University, and Bachelors degrees in both Economics and Music from Vassar College.
