These are the human factors that have a direct impact on an employee 's quality of life. Corporate culture, management style, business goals, industry reputation, and physical environment are just some of the HCV factors we consider when representing an opportunity. Our executive search consultants spend as much time qualifying the Hiring Authority as they do the potential Candidate.The Human Capital Group performs complete analyses of the clients with whom we choose to work. Among the parameters we consider, we evaluate companies according to:

  • Industry reputation: What is their reputation in the marketplace? What do the engineers say about their products?
  • Financial stability: For Pre-IPO companies, we ask - Where did the first round of funding come from? Second Round? How do they plan to compete against the incumbents in the marketplace or with other start-ups? For public companies, we look at their stock history. We ask about growth plans and quarterly earnings expectations.
  • Competition: Who are their direct and indirect competitors? What are their differentiators?
  • Human Capital: What is their current growth rate? Have they had past layoffs? What do current employees say about the company?
During this information gathering process, we attempt to establish a close relationship with the Hiring Authorities.
